Buffalo Wings

Is there anything more delicious than fried chicken dipped in a blue cheese sauce? This was shot for Boursin with recipe development by Jack Blumenthal of Ginger Wings fame. I wanted the lighting to be really punchy to enhance the crispy crumb on the chicken alongside some retro vibed tableware.
