Cocktail Class

Shooting drinks is so much fun. There’s such a buzz when creating the condensation for the glass, curling lemon rinds for garnishes and making sure the light pings through the glass to add luminosity to the drink. Plus once all the shots are safely in the bag it’s time to sample one or two of the recipes, pure joy.
